Annette King McHan started Cullman Family Counseling in 1991. She had a dream to make mental health counseling more widely accepted and available in the Cullman, Alabama area. Until 2016, Annette ran a successful private practice, helping people all over central and north Alabama with a wide array of needs. In 2016, after successfully completing the required 3000 hours to become a licensed professional counselor, Rick Cosper joined the practice. He brought with him a certified addictions license and a certified sex addiction counselor license. Laura Doss, Annette's daughter, joined the practice in January 2017 as a counseling intern.
At Cullman Family Counseling, we are dedicated to helping heal the mind, body, and spirit of those who are weary, hurting, and searching for answers. As a professional counseling practice, we seek to enrich the lives of all those in the community who come to us.
