We use TherapyPortal to manage all of our client paperwork, making it easy for you to update contact information and insurance policies. If you have an appointment scheduled but do not have an account set up yet, or if you need your password reset, please contact the office.

Automated Appointment Reminders
Let your counselor or the office manager know if you would like to receive automated SMS or email appointment reminders through TherapyPortal. For SMS notifications, make sure that you have selected the “It is okay to send text messages” option on the info tab of your profile. Email notifications will go to the email associated with your account.

Virtual Sessions
To join a virtual session, follow the link above and login to your account. Click on the “Join Session” button, follow any prompts on the screen for camera & microphone usage, and join session. Your counselor will move you from the waiting room when they are ready to begin.

To join a virtual session without logging in, click on the “Telehealth” button at the top of the page—on mobile, tap on the 3 bars in the upper corner and then “Telehealth”—and then select your counselor’s name from the list that appears when you click on the “search for your clinician” box. Follow the same steps as above for joining the session.
