Annette King McHan is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, All-Kids, and PEEHIP.

Christine Wiggins, Matthew Bishop, and Samantha Bailey accept only Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance as of October 1. Cash rates are listed below.

Out-of-Network Insurance

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

We are out-of-network with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• TriCare

• United Healthcare

• Viva Health

Depending on what your policy’s out-of-network benefits include, insurance may not cover any of your sessions. You will be responsible for paying the balance, or you may opt to switch to cash rates.

Cash Rates

LPCs (Annette King): $140/individual, $200/couples

ALCs (Christine Wiggins, Matthew Bishop, Samantha Bailey): $80/individual, $120/couples for new clients; $40/30-minute child sessions with Samantha

Interns (currently none): $25 office fee
